This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to one-time purchases, program subscription orders, pre-orders, and order cancellations made through the The NAD⁺ Labs online store (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2.2 No Cancellations After Processing
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or entered the courier network, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This includes:
• One-time purchases
• Subscription renewals
• Pre-orders
• Orders containing temperature-sensitive products
• Orders already handed to the courier
This strict policy exists to maintain product safety, integrity, and compliance.
3. Longevity Program Cancellations
You may cancel your program at any time before your next billing date.
• Cancelling a program stops future charges, but does not refund or reverse orders already billed.
• If your renewal has already been processed or shipped, it is treated as a standard order and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You are responsible for managing your program settings through your account.
4. Changes to Orders
Because our products are temperature-sensitive, time-sensitive, and medically-adjacent, order modifications are extremely limited.
4.1 Before Processing
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may—at our discretion—be able to update:
• Shipping address
• Contact information
• Product variant
• Billing details
Change requests must be emailed to info@thenadlabs.com immediately.
4.2 After Processing
No changes can be made after processing begins.
This includes:
• Address changes
• Product changes
• Shipping upgrades
• Payment method updates
We are not responsible for incorrect details provided at checkout.
5. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
• an incorrect address entered by the customer,
• failure to collect the parcel,
• absence at the delivery location,
the shipment may be returned or destroyed depending on courier rules.
Because our products cannot be restocked, refunds or replacements are not available in these cases.
We strongly recommend double-checking all details before completing checkout.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
This cancellation policy does not limit your rights regarding damaged or incorrect products.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• photos of the product and packaging
• your order number
• a description of the issue
We will assess the situation and may issue a replacement where appropriate.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Submitting a false, fraudulent, or unwarranted chargeback violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
• provide the payment processor with full delivery evidence,
• contest invalid disputes,
• restrict future orders,
• or take legal action where necessary.
